Disappointing ride with Protect My Car.
It started when we arrived, all systems were not working and card payments were not accepted.
The main issue was that we were evicted from our room 623 at the Wave hotel a day early
So called the number on the room card and was told that you can pick up the room key at the reservation desk, did it, returned to the room, and the news keys did not work! Had to force a team member to let us into the room. Called again to say it was a problem with our lock even though the staff member used his card ok. She then asked if I wanted another set of cards and I said yes, I would need workers. She didn't apologize for all the problems and didn't look worried. Finally earned the next set of keys! There was also a problem with food on Wednesday night, the raw chicken was almost eaten by me. Took it to the chef who apologized if I wanted to make another one, of course I didn't. The pool tumble dryer didn't work all week except the last day of Friday. Overall, the trip was very disappointing, and after that I doubt that I will return. Filled out a survey and said the same thing, and turned down the chance to win a free ride.

Hi all! Car repair is always an additional burden on the family budget, and therefore I have been using the services of Protect My Car for several years now, which provides extended warranties for car maintenance. Having issued insurance for repairs, I stopped thinking about where to get money in the event of a car breakdown. I just take it to the nearest service center and they contact protect my car and the company pays all the bills, while I pay a small monthly insurance fee.
