Well , starting to write a gore movie is really fun for me and having some friends helping out as actors and other staff on the set is great but i lack the experience and the money so i'm trying to save up and build up and make up as much as possible by myself like a sliding tripod and staff and could really enjoy some help about everything that can help a good gore/horror movie, like blood makeup and flash wounds making and one more thing, I am looking for a way to build a boom pole myself but don't know how so if you could i would.

If the boom pole is for a microphone, it could be as easy as a broom stick with a mike mount slid over it.

If you're going to use a broom stick with a standard mic mount, you'll need to be careful about handling noise. You may want to check out the following links to see an example of a home-made shockmount for a microphone.
