Dude admitted mistakes but laid out a plan to keep this thing going. In a world of "instant gratification" and cell phones, he can see the big picture though many can't. He's a hero in my mind for going in there and least having the balls to try. God bless our troops and America!
The United Nations refused to relieve American forces in 2003 because they felt the war was "illegal" and there was no Iraqi government in place.
Well, an Iraqi government is in place now, it's time for them to see the importance of stabilizing the region.
And the U.S. needs to go on an energy efficiency diet, pronto.
