I was looking to "fix" the rev limiter, so it's not a fuel cut off, but an ignition cut off, or something like the Soft Rev Limiter the MSD Ignition Provides?
In auto-x, I don't like bumping off the rev limiter, I know it cannot be good with the JRSC.
Options? Please advise me.

The stock limiter on the SI is at 8250rpm I have my MSD set at 8000rpm. Much better for FI systems.

When do you hit the rev limiter?!?!?
Some lower powered guys stay in first, bouncing off the rev limiter for the first few turns if the course warrants it, but I find I NEVER have enough grip to handle 1st gear over 6500rpm or so on autocross courses.
My region has a couple formula fords that get going too fast (over 80mph) if they make straights too long, so we get pretty twisty courses.

We had a course, where I got into 3rd twice. The HARD part, was watching it, so I didn't hit the rev limiter in 2nd, and trying to avoid it, made it hard.

That's a pretty damn fast course! Cool!
When I drag race I usually hit the rev limiter once in a while.

is that correct...? 8250...? if so, i might look into getting the 8200 module for the MSD, and be able to squeeze another 5-7hp outta her...
