I was on my way to get pizza with my friend who was following me in his 00 type R. I came up to the light, and what do I see? A red TT supra. The red TT has I think the dragger exhaust, a FAT Blitz intercooler, with blowoff valves, and boost controller, gauges, etc.... Anyway as the light turned green, I quickly moved behind him to show my friend my car in action. (I also wanted to show him a TT race, since the TT is his dream car.) Anyway, I honked my horn, to get his attention. When he saw me behind him, he quickly floored it! I immediately move into the lane next to race him. All I can hear is the whine of his turbos, and blowoff valves, and my JRSC. I immediately shift into third to show him some balls, I stared to pull hard past him, and he accelerates after me. I shift into fourth watching my fuel pressure gauge bottom out at 100+psi, and my boost gauge sit steady at 6psi. I pull about 1 1/2 car lengths past him. I looked into my rear view mirror, and see a huge Blitz intercooler, TRD hood, and banner. haahahahah http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif Finally I get my first good kill, with my almost fixed type R! Yeah! Finally my hard-earned money is paying off.

Either your car is super duper fast or you caught him by surprise! Those things are fast as hell. I know a guy here in Seattle that runs 12.9's consistently with just Nitto 555 Drag radials. Good kill http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/cool.gif

i want a TT so bad, hopefully, i'll have one by next summer.

A couple weeks ago I was up against a stock Supra TT and I was only running 6psi at that point (now 8) with MSD 6BTM and all bolt ons. Anyways We played around for a bit and when the freeway cleared up we punched it, 3rd gear and he was starting to pull ahead by a neck, but as redline approached and I shifted into 4th I began to pull ahead as he had to shift to a larger gear. I pull at least a full car length ahead on him and let off. I was stunned http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif

The stock Supra's are fast but nothing compared to BPU Supras. Those are the setups that fly.

I can keep up with my supra till around 2nd gear, then the gearing takes charge in the Supra and after 75 or so my 6psi car can't keep up!
