I've got a 93 Civic w/ GSR motor. It runs on the hot side (a little past the halfway mark) but doesn't overheat. I'm guessing that when I install my turbo, that tiny civic radiator is gonna have to go. What radiator is going to work best/be easy to install? Del Sol VTEC, 99 Civic Si, GSR, others? I'd rather not buy a "performance" radiator; they seem overpriced.

You can get a fluidyne for 325$/shipped or even a griffon for like $225-$250

try a lower thermostat.if that does not work,try the fluidine.

If you put the GSR or Type R radiator in you will have to make a couple of mods to make it fit, it will not bolt in. The Del Sol might though. I am not sure.

i bought a modine double core oem replacement
for about $90 jobber price from napa.
my temperature gauge stays below half even in
traffic and hard driving.
i live in hawaii and temps get up to 80+
everyday.
btw, i have a jrsc civic daily driven.

The Del Sol DOHC VTEC radiator is a "bolt-in". You might try your local salvage dealer to find one cheap.

P.O.S. civic...don't know if its gonna kool yo heap when ya rig a f--k'n turbo ta da ba-itch though!--hella heat mann...most foos already gots heating probs wid they civic swaps run'n the stock civic shitz radiator. still its hella small for that phat b18C block! good luck bro...
