dumbass cops

so i'm driving through the university today,
and i happened to pull around a corner
and see two university 'bike' cops bent over
each holding a brown paper sack and hastily
picking a whole buncha things from the ground. because of the grass, i couldn't
see what it was.

in the whole ten seconds it took for me to
see and pass them, i was friggin watchin'
them like wildfire.

"gawd," i thought, "wtf are they doing???"

then it finally hit me.
they were standing in front of a meter...
one of the cops musta been sent arount to
gather all of the coins from the meters.
like a dumbass, he prolly spilt all the
change from this particular meter.
the other cop musta come by on a routine
'patrol'... and decided to help.

oh jesus, i wish i coulda seen it.
i wonder if the first cop saw the other cop
and frantically called out to him for help.

gawd, what a moron.
