Me...I take a walk to the brook and read

i dont really have a stress managment technique. i try to vent my feelings and a lot of the time i'll take a walk or go to the gym and get ahold of the punching bag for awhile. but a lot of the time those dont work *shrugs*


what's your item of comfort? (examples: blanket, stuffed animal, certain food etc.)

mine are my big black teddy bear and also my big white teddy bear.

My fleece blanket, hot cup of tea and curled up on my front deck in the dark

Oceans.....I live in the Mountains...And I do love it....But to walk along he sandy shores....Smell the fresh ocean breeze...hear the waves crashing...Thats what I love most...*VBS*
