Ichigo?s scream was deafening and she collapsed across the catwalk with one leg up and the other still dangling. The excruciating pain again licked round her and even cut into her slit. She would train just for these special fights knowing in a whole season she might only have four or five chances to show off her skill.
It was raw courage that kept Ichigo going and at the gong she charged across the plastic walkway skidding on her spiked heels in the blood that now liberally coated the catwalk. Mina moved around the edge of the platform but then stood to face Ichigo, sensing the other teen?s desperation. At only a distance of a few feet they exchanged whip cuts at a frantic pace that neither fighter could keep up for long. The cracks of the whips were punctuated by the scream, squeals and whimpers of the two teens as each sobbed and cried while fighting on. Then seeing Ichigo?s legs wobbling with fatigue the now stronger girl locked whips, a skilled manoeuvre that wrapped one whip around the other. This time Ichigo knew not to try to regain the catwalk but that she would have to fight it out with the other girl hanging here above the ten foot drop that would end the fight for the faller. Both girls were screaming with pain and exertion hanging on by one arm with their legs kicking in the thin air ten feet above the fall to the concrete arena floor. Mina swirled her whip around and struck repeatedly at the other girl only a few feet from her. She cut repeatedly causing further red stripes of tender flesh across Ichigo's left shoulder and upper arm hoping to force her to relinquish her grip on the side of the platform. Ichigo flailed mainly unaimed shots at Mina's bloody criss crossed body. It was then the more vicous girl won the fight. Inexperience counted for nothing if you were willing to do anything. Giving Mina free cuts at her with her whip and whimpering after a nasty slash across both teats Ichigo adjusted her grip on the thick black ribbed whip handle. Drawn by morbid fascination Silver approached the bed and lifted the light sheet to see that Ichigo's body was covered in lotion and was one running purple and blue sore from her thighs to her neck. Suddenly Ichigo's dark almond eyes shot open.

Tears started to flood from Ichigo?s eyes. ?Just remember me as someone who loved you so much that they hated you. I will not resist just please do it quickly? Silver and Ichigo?s enmity had stated after she had tried to take her boyfriend from her, but with a gasp Silver now realized this was just the other teen?s desperate way of getting back her attention. She had persisted against some obvious snubs until Silver who was usually a natural loner had accepted her as a friend. However when Silver had hooked up with Akira she had dropped Ichigo without a thought, spending all her time with her lover. Ichigo who Silver knew had no other real friends at the school must have felt alone and lost those months she had been besotted by Akira. Silver had not realized how much she had meant to the Japanese school girl and how much she had hurt her. She must have been her first crush though neither of them had realized it at the time. Ichigo felt a brush of lips on her cheek and when she opened her eyes she was alone in the room. She had been allowed to live and continue to dream of their two sweaty naked bodies entwined.
