Mallrats has been one of my favorite and I'm a massive Kevin Smith fan, but watching it last night I realized how shitty some of the dialogue is. Its like, he's trying too hard to use "big" words in the the most basic of contexts. Its just that the people saying those lines wouldn't say the things he has them say. I still love the flick, but actually listening to it, it is by far his weakest movie and yet still my favorite amongst them.

A wonderfully dreadful 'slasher'/'scary movie.
The plot is bad, the acting is worse, and the cinamatography is ever so slightly blurry.

Steel's been on HBO a lot lately, so i've caught most of that... so horrible, it's terrific. beats out dolph's punisher as worst comic book flick ever.
