I need your advice on whether I should get a test pipe or a Hi Flow Cat. I live in California so emissions will be a factor. I was thinking about getting a test pipe and then swapping it out when I have to smog my car, but I'm worried about cops ticketing me for having a test pipe. Do they really check to see if you have a cat if you get pulled over? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
