with the band starting to take off again, I thought it would be nice if I was around to enjoy it.
smoking goes next.
the band ain't getting any younger, so health is becoming a bit more of a concern.
although, it's really weird, being home on a Fri, w/$$$ in my pocket and no beer.
but that $200/week will buy a lot of toys and music gear.
just thought I'd share...

Have one on me.

that'll be soooo much better for your health in the long run, believe me! so congrats and hang in there! could be a tough run at first!

Wow! Well good on ya, man!
Music and toys are a hell of a lot better than drinking and smoking.
Good luck.
It's probably about time we try to quit smoking again too!

oh, I know it will be.
beer's been my closest friend for a LONG time...
just gotta find other things to do, such as, go finish all those damn customs I've been slacking on. which is what I'm gonna go do right now.
thanks for the support!

Hang tough Peeker!
Just remember how important the music is during the nasty times. It sucks to have anything interfere with being the best musician you can be!

I just bought a dremel to finally get started on one of mine. Right now I don't care about money anymore.

not to make it sound like youre addicted or anything, but if you do a lot of drinking all the time for a long time, you might want to see a doctor while doing this. the changes to the body can be pretty strong and you might need some supliments or something while giving it up.
hope that doesnt come off offensively. not trying to imply anything negative or anything. I just know I for one would have to be weened off the meds I'm on if I decided to quit. sometimes alchol can be the same.

Wow, way to go Peeker! Glad to hear it.
My Uncle gave up smoking (after 25 years) and he loves being free of 'em. It may be hard at first, but stick with it. Good luck man!
