Early packaging sample of the original planned Eric Draven figure is up on necaonline.com, and it was revealed that before the Reflections set was planned, he was supposed to be part of an as-yet unnamed line similar to Movie Maniacs that is set to launch in 2005. Details are scarce, but Randy's already confirmed over at mm.net that we're getting an 8" Part 7 Jason as part of the line.

Between this, "Now Playing", and anything else Movie Maniacs manages to pull out of it's ass over the next few years, I think we'll be seeing pretty much any and every remaining horror/sci-fi figure we could possibly want.

I'm assuming that it's because this was an early prototype, as their last line (Kill Bill) was in clams.

It's been confirmed that they'll be on clamshells and each figure will come with a diorama.
Yay happy news. I wanted that Part 7 Jason but didn't want 18".
Very happy.
But they better make the other Jason versions.
