It seems to me that I read here that you can e-mail a list of spare parts that you might want, along with their codes, and AG would price the items out and e-mail it back to you. Does this sound familiar? If so, does anyone have the e-mail address? Thanks!

This is the email address for American Girl Customer Service:

Hope that helps!

I have e-mailed several time without codes asking for both the code and price. They have always responded within a day or two.

I have a few codes & prices that I'd like to submit to Johanna's site, but I don't see a link to her.....

Here's the link to her website. Scroll to the bottom and you can click the link to e-mail her your list of replacements to add to her site.

She really appreciates getting these... and so do we (those of us who enjoy lots of little extras!)

Well - okay, then!!!

Hmmm...
Do you suppose they have to have a real person check inventory of the replacement parts?
-
That's strange.
I email them once a month or so about replacement parts and even though most of the time they tell me they're not available, they have been able to tell me when they were.
I hope it just depends on which CS is answering the email, and not a change in their policy.
Did you call instead?
