I don't know where you can get Bando belt...actually I would careless what kind of belt since they have to be replaced at around 15K anyways...or whenever I see it begin chewing off...
But with Endyn stepper pulley, don't you need a 630mm? Would 640mm be too big?

They normally should have the conversion charts from one brand belt to another even if they only carry one brand.

I have the same problem... "You mean Bondo?" http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif Anyway, the equivalent belts are frequently a different size (within +/- 5mm) of the "Bando" belts... on my RS, I had an "equivalent" but it was too long and I ended up scraping my blower pulley on my idler pulley... bring the belt w/ you so you can make sure the sizes are in the ballpark.

Friggin backwoods rednecks here dont even have a CONVERSTION TABLE!! F-it, i went to BANDOAMERICAN.com and pulled up a list of distributors. There is one here in MARYVILLE.
Guy at ADVANCE AUTO PARTS said,"Well, if you bring me any belt, i can match it perfectly to that size." Well, duh, they can teach MONKEYS to do that?! Jesus Christ..... http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif

Beware. Gates belts and Bando belts are different sizes, even though the precious conversion charts say they're the same. Pep boys will exchange a new (Dayco) belt for the next size if you have a fitment problem. I found the Dayco sizes to be the same as Bando.

hmm dayco works fine. dang guys my bando after 18k miles got all its ribs chewed up for 5 inches along the belt! and pieces missing here and there.

What exactly is the size required for a 99civic si kit with the endyn stepper pulley? I asked larry and was simply told, "16mm longer" ... lots of help that is.

The guy can be a jerk sometimes...I bought the pulley from him..and emailed him asking what belt size would I need for my GSR. He told me "to go the part store, take the old belt with me and match it up with a longer one that fits..."
WTF was the guy thinking??? Take off my belt, and walk to the auto store to find a belt??? From where I live, it'll take me a day to get there...
So politely emailed him stating that I don't have a ride, and i live quite far away from the shop...He replied with three words: "get a friend"...
