welcome to the import market of marketing deception.
theres probably no exhaust on it, their dyno facility is air conditioned, they probably keep it cold too, and i think, there is all kinds of tricks, that wouldn't be considered modifications..........
Maybe they used H20 w/out specifying it, their correction factor looks on par though. So they've must of fiddled w/ the dyno #'s some otherway.
I hear they use high octane fuel which would allow for more aggressive tuning and a bit more power.

Mike,
I prefer to call if fraud rather than false advertising. BTW, did you know that there is a part in the supercharger kit that was not included when they petitioned for CARB exemption? Lying to California Air Resource Board.....oh that'll get you into a whole heap of shit.

Actually that place doesn't have AC. The dyno is at the entrance of a small garage bay and the temp box is on a column at the entrance of the bay. But their numbers are still bullshit! I dynoed my 99 ex there and made only 131 hp and 116 ft/lb. JR claimed 140 hp and 122 ft/lb. 40% increase my ass!
They tuned the car for days, but ultimately the secret of all that power was kicking the printer at just the right moment.
No kidding, that center must be AC'd with that 62.6? F.

Mike,
Every dyno on that page is BS. Look at the SOHC charts. 144HP on a CRX?! When I was getting my kit installed I was talking to a guy at JR who had his kit put on his CRX about two weeks prior. He pulled 120's on the dyno with an intake and exhaust.
How about 142 on the SOHC VTEC kits. What a crock! When I had my kit installed I complained on the spot that my numbers were low. JR proceeded to show me all the dyno charts on record in the computer. Not one car pulled 140 to the wheels. Most were 130-135 HP. They are a bunch of liars.
