It had to do with voting and maybe (I'm pretty sure) there was a map there. (I know, big clues, huh)
The distinguishing feature was that it had a yellow background and the guy updated it with comments everyday. We referred to it frequently at the LCF PB and I can't find it in my favorites or remember what it was called.
Aackkk... it's driving me crazy.
