In either a demo, print, or anything, what do you have that is possibly the "most rare" thing in your collection. Burns only count if there is no "official" release of it.
For me:
Both original Heart Throb Mobs
Dave Vanian And The Phantom Chords unreleased second album.
A certain demo tape given to me by the vocalist of a well-known Glam band, of which NOBODY but him has a copy of the demo, with the exception of me now.
I need to think of the others.

White-label promo single of Tuff's 'I Hate Kissing You Goodbye', thrown into the crowd at the Astoria in 1991. I caught it and got it signed by Stevie Rachelle, Jorge DeSaint, Todd Chase and Michael Lean.
-
See, that's a nice one! Not a Tuff fan (well, I've never heard them, I don't think), but to get something like that at the show, and then to get them to sign it!?! Very cool! What would happen to me is I would get it, then go home, and later that night sit there and say to myself "DUH!!! I should have tried to get them to sign it!". Nice one Stacey!
-
Got Todd, Jorge and Michael to sign it the following day at a meet-n-greet, but Stevie had food poisoning so didn't show. I didn't get Stevie's sig to complete the set until the Tuff show in 2002.
-
See, now that is even cooler! Smart thinking!

I don't know if they're worth much really, but
I own the original pressings of Bang Gang's
'Love Sells...' and the first Big Bang Babies
CD.

I have both original HTM's also, as well as an original BBB-1st cd, signed by Keri Kelli. The 1st Foxy Roxx cd. As far as signed stuff. I have LA Guns-S/T cassette signed by Tracii, Phil, and Steve. Also got Dangerous Toys and Tora Tora cassettes signed. I think there's more stuff I have too, but I can't remember right now.

D, the first BBB cd goes for about 75-100 dollars on ebay.
I love obscure bands, so I've got a lotta them. lol Both HTM cds, Both Hollywood Teasze cds, BBB's Black Market, and Foxy Roxx's Shake the Foundation. Also, all three Mozart cds.

I got a few things here and there, I highly doubt much in the way of re-sale value.
However,
My dad has a copy of David Bowie's "Space Oddity" single on Phillips Records.... one of 6!!
Apparently he changed record companies at the start of pressing.
Back in 1977, the photographer taking my baby photos offered him ?200 for it there and then. Apparently, he had the other 5. My dad turned him down and am interested in finding out how much it's worth now.
Probably worth nothing but I do remember going out as a little kid to get a copy of WASP's "Forever Free" on 7" single. Imagine the dissapointment on an 11 year old's face when I discovered that they stuck a WASP label on a Richard Thompson single (UK folkie-type).
Me Ma said it might be worth something one day and bought me a replacement bless her! haha

Off the top of my head...in my collection:
ASPHALT BALLET - Blood on the Highway(Blood on the highway-LP Version plus 5 previously unreleased tracks recorded live in the studio during rehearsals for their first tour).
THE KILLER DWARFS - SelfTitled(Note that they still had the word THE in their name...also it's very out-dated sounding in the music department...cheesy as hell...but rare).
GUARDIAN - First Watch(Out of print...with first singer).
