In view of Shatzy and her wishing we would all support stem cell research it just made me wonder.... how many here are of the following. Or has been receivers of.

Ah, good one. organ donors.
Basically i have no problem with people removing organs when i'm dead. ( i won't be able to use them anyhow). Only problem is that the only usable organs come from people whom have still an intact and working body. As far as comas go, what i know of them is that quite often people wake up from them, be it within weeks, months or years, but they do wake. Therefore i feel.. sort of.. afraid to fill out the form. I don't know if i want to have my organs removed if there is _any_ chance.

I filled-out an organ-donation form when getting my drivers-license. Got a special stamp on the back of the license too. Hehee, They're only able to take my left testicle.

i'm not as big on organ donation as some would think.

personally, i feel that dispite organ donation...
there is still a HUGE waiting list... and despite
what that site says... your social status plays
some value in the situation.

stem cell research is much more valuable as
it will help match ANY type in less time/wait.
i recently found out that scientists have discovered
a new source for stem cells.... baby teeth.

but enough of that....
personally, i dislike the organ donation thing.
yeah... i won't need 'em when i'm done...
but i also don't care for the 3 ringed circus
that goes on behind the organ-donation curtain.
