When you send in items for a return, do you get some kind of email from the company stating they received them? I sent some clothes in about a week ago and according to my delivery confirmation sticker, they received it, but I havent heard a thing! [img]frown.gif[/img]
I sent in some items about 6 months ago for an exchange. I did not hear anything from AG but a couple of weeks later a box containing my exchange items arrived. I've only done this once so I can't say for sure that this is the norm, but it was my experience. - Meg B.
They won't tell you a thing until your exchange or refund has already been processed/shipped. [img]frown.gif[/img]
Same here on not hearing a word from them-and it seems to take several weeks to process. You can call and they should be able to give you a status-but do expect a wait.
