Interesting comment from Vinnie on how his comments re: Jesus were cut from the MD vid and how he was not surprised. I was under the understanding that he hand-picked the footage on that DVD.

Sorry I had to break it into 2 parts to load it. It has VC, Will Kennedy, & Sean McCurley on drumsets along with Luis Conte, Alex Acuna, Sheila E., Marvin McQuitty, Louis Santiago and others as well.
Although the evangelism of the evening was a bit much for me at times, it was not unexpected nor insincere. I thought the spontaneity of this performance was pretty cool -- it had a rather trance-like African vibe. Having that many drummers on stage at once is usually a recipe for disaster, but the way they kept it in control spoke volumes about the level of musicianship.
