Boone has four walks in the past game and a half and he really worked the pitcher over on his last at bat that resulted in a walk. If this isn't a mirage he may be about to explode, .300 by the All Star Break.

Three innings later Boone hit a game winning two run homer to put the Indians ahead 5-3, they would win 6-3 and take two out of three from the Reds.
I then read that Boone had taken a ton of batting practice in the past couple of days and frankly, it showed.
Manny used to do the same thing, why does it take Boone so long to "get it"?
