New Orleans

Well, it has taken me long enough to get them up, but here a few pictures taken during my stay in New Orleans

Here is a view from our hotel room. (all pictures are thumbnailed)

This is a look at Canal Street from the 10th story of the Marriott Hotel. We were about 2 blocks or so from Bourbon Street and right outside of the French Quarter. You can see in the background of this shot, the Mississippi River. And the larger nice looking building about in the top middle of the shot (you can see the purple balls in front of it) is Harrah's.

Here is a quick shot that I took of the exhibition hall that we were located. It was much smaller than I had imagined, but still, i was somewhat impressed with the large number of people that were there

This is me, posing for a shot because we didnt' get a lot of action at our booth, so we took a shot, possibly to use in future handouts and such. I dont' know why my eyes look all jacked up and i have such a goofy grin on my face...but whatever...

I did walk down Bourbon Street, I did spend a bit of time in the casino watching mandy and kenny, and i did have a great time. unfortunately, i constantly forgot to take my camera whereever i went, and when i did bring it, i would forget that i had it, and not take pictures. i do have a few more pictures of St. Charles Street if anyone is interested. most of them are not very good, but pictures are pictures i guess, and i would be more than happy to share them.

If you would like to take a pic to possibly use in a future Cougar Mountain Fund Suites brochure, mayhap you should be shown handing the pamphlet TO someone, eh?

Unless they're gonna fudge it & photoshop in another person. If so, have them add a subliminal in too! But something funny, not 'sex', 'death', 'kill', or shit like that. I think that pic needs: "my bosses decided on this tie".

I think he's depositing it in the waste basket.

<font size="4" face="Comic Sans MS, Verdana">actually, the photos wouldnt' be used for cougar mountain software, as we are just a distributor, they would be used for in house pamphlets showing that our employees actually do stuff, even if it is to show booklets to non-existent people.

the main reason for not having someone there is that we were targeting the higher-ups in the head start area, and most of them would just walk by, get a card and booklet and be on their way, we did all the presenting and explaining of stuff in our presentation earlier that morning. (which went wonderfully)
