A spawn board member "Spawn&Wamda" from China sent this to me today. He has the fig in hand and this horned version of Raven was on the package

Perhaps there are Mass Market/Specialty versions like S20?
Or yeah, maybe it's just a censored WalMart version.
That would make sense, seeing as only the 'censored' version appears on the packaging.
