I would have to recommend a dreaded microsoft product for this type of stuff. I would say go and use frontpage since it will automate the forms procedures. All you need to make sure of is that the server has the extensions. I only say this because it is easier to use for new people, even though I am partial to using ASP for this type of stuff.

You have to submit to a program to do what you want to do. Depending on your OS and webserver where the site runs, more info is needed.
