For some weird reason, my car vibrates specilaly the dashboard at low speed. It doesnt matter if is slowing down or acelerating. Here is a few thing that i check already and they are good:
Brakes is good.
engine ilde fine(no rough idle).
Tried swaping tires and is still do that.
What else can possible vibrates at low speed?
help pls.

Have you checked for torn motor mounts? They usual tear if you do drag style launches often.

As "Zip" said, check all (5) of your mounts...
Also look around for any portion of your motor, trans., and exhaust that could be contacting the body (remember, your radiator needs to "free float" in the mounts also, or you'll transmit engine vibration through the hoses to the core support)...

but here is the situation.
let say i travel 50 mph. i pop to neutral to let the car slow down without brakes. once it hit approximately 25-20. it vibrates. it makes some raoing noise too. is like ridding in a very bad road but is not. if i let the car idle to rode till it stop, i think it shouldnt have to do with the moiunts right? and my car has 35000 mile only.
Well since you put it that way, I'd probably look at an inner CV joint that isn't allowing the tripod to move freely...
If your inner joint isn't allowed to retract when your suspension is unloaded it can cause both a groan and a vibration that is transmitted into the passenger compartment...
I've seen joints fail prior to 20K on bone stock cars ( and wheel bearings generally growl louder as speed is increased)... http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/cool.gif

maybe u r right, i see lots of grease throwing out from the inner CV joints.
how should i take care of thise?
Rebuild the axles... the inner box joint can be repaired and the boots replaced.

What you probably need to do first is pull the axles out of the car...
Then slide the inner joint in and out and feel for any dip or restriction as you slide it in and out...
What happens is your joint gets dry and starts to groove your inner joint, that in turn causes a resistance to move the tripod when you unload the suspension...
If you feel any dip or restiction, replace the axle (they're only $60.00 at the parts store)...
If the inner joint moves smoothly, repack the inner joint, and look at your axle geometry (is your car super low?)... http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/cool.gif

Don't you have another 1000 miles left on the warranty? Take it to Honda and let them figure it out.
If you've had your suspension modified, they may have forgotten to tighten something, or maybe they didn't lower the car before tightening things up and you've ripped out a bushing.
Try getting someone to drive beside you at the speed it vibrates at. You might get lucky and at least see which wheel is vibrating.
