After having my car (poorly) tuned several months ago, I'm trying to recoup now by understanding how a VAFC SHOULD be tuned. If there are any board members with a tuned car using an Apexi VAFC, please let me know. I would just like to know what your Hi-Low settings are and what your VTEC engagement point is set at in relation to that. Thanks.

I didn't see any power from the tuning that was done. He barely moved any of the points except for the points above vtec. He didn't adjust vtec crossover either. Just wanted to see what some good starting numbers would be.

Anyone? I know it's a little bit of work to check your settings, write them down, and then post them. . . but man, I'd be very appreciative.
