The all black one is a Microman, Material Force figure, which is exclusive to Japanese, Toys R Us stores. They have made a handful of solid color figures meant for customizing. Black, flesh, red, white, yellow and blue so far. The bad news is, is that since they are only available in Japan, and exclusives on top of that, they aren't cheap. Your best bet to find one is eBay.
