My electrical autometer fuel gauge shows following numbers. I?ve tested it in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear.
at idle: arround 60 psi
at 1/3 WOT (0 psi boost): arround 80 psi
at WOT (6psi boost): The needle junps to 100 psi and above!! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/frown.gif
I wonder if the numbers are too high.

wow.... do you have a FPR riser in there ?
i dont have an ITR or anything ... but mine is about 35 at idle... 40 during regular operation... and when i had the fuel pressure riser in there it would cruise upto 80psi while under boost.... this is all with my stock fuel pump in my 95 Teg..
-
That sounds too high, but I'm not 100% sure for the type-r.
On GSR's at 6psi, you want the 0psi (no vacuum) fuel pressure to be around 65psi. Some people go even lower, but I get the best results on my car at 65psi static pressure.

my R is at 35-40 idle, and at max boost its shoots up to 90psi, then tapers off at around 7k, where it goes as low as 83psi............ hopefully it helps... but austrian R, try adjusting the JR FPR to 35-40psi at idle,, i would try 40psi first, that might be a reason for your poor dynoes
-
THANXXXXX GUYS, I?ll try it tomorrow and I keep you updated!
AND after 3 hours telephone calls with assholes and motherfuckers I found a dyno which is equiped with an wide band O2 sensor.
I go there when I get (hope next week) my Apexi VTEC afc from importparts. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif

With those fuel pressures, you should definately be getting an ecu code. Is your check engine light on?

I'm not sure if high fuel pressure will effect performance. If there really is a closed loop function of the O2 sensor, then the ECU would just shorten the injectors open time when the mixture reads rich, wouldn't it?
-
After adjusting the bolt of the JR FPR:
at idle arround 55 psi
1/3 WOT (0 psi boost): 65-70 psi
WOT: 90 psi
90 psi at WOT I think it?s okay, but the other numbers are too high, correct? But when I screw the bolt more out of the FPR I run in the rich side of stoich! NOT GOOD!!!
-
I could never get a JR FPR to idle below 56psi on my car. I think the outlet becomes a limiting factor with high flow pumps. If I loosened the adjuster any more, pressure wouldn't go lower, but it stopped RISING properly under boost!!!
The Cartech I have now can go lower. I idle at 51psi and max out at 94psi and this works very well for me.
It sounds like you have it set right.
