AGAIN!

My internet at home is fucked up again.

Help. I connect online and everything seems fine until I actually try to USE something online. Then nothing works. I originally thought that maybe the world had been hit by a worldwide virus and everyone had died or something....kinda like in 28 days....so I just watched a lot of TV.

Today, however, on my way to work I see that people ARE still living and everything seems normal. I get here and everything works!

So like...tell me what's wrong at home. No settings were changed or anything.
