I purchased Gwen for my 4 year old when she was 12 dollars. We already owned Hallie and she is two years old. The deal was Gwen's legs came SO much looser than Hallies. I sent her to the hospital and she arrived today with a new beautiful body and nice strong legs. All with no charge!!! I love it!
Sure wish I could send my 37 year old legs back and get some new ones!

That sounds like a nice deal. How come there was no charge?
When Gwen came her legs were floppy. Kind of like marionette puppet legs. I wrote a letter and explained how new she was and they replaced it.
They replaced Lindsey's head for free last year after I explained how awful her hair had been since day one. I guess if they determine it is a defect then they replace for free.
If you figure out where to send your legs for a replacement, let me know. I could definitely use some limb replacements. Maybe a new back, too....
