Does anyone have any recommendations for drum instructors in the Los Angeles area? I have been playing for six years as a hobby and I try to practice for a hour per day.

Steve, Jeff Hamilton or Weckl would be great choices!
Thank you S.P and Andy for your replies. I'm not sure if Steve, Jeff Hamilton or Weckl would take me as a student as I am not a professional musician. I have a looonnnnggg way to go in my playing to get anywhere close to being a professional.
Hey Man!
Dont put yourself down!
Steve,Jeff,Dave Weckl,Vinnie,Louie Palmer,Lee Davies,Andy Edwards...The List goes on, We all have one thing in common
We all start from the beginning!!

Good luck finding an Instructor!
Thanks Lee for your kind words.
Isn't Frank Briggs in that area? He'd be a good choice and probably wouldn't cost $150 an hour.
Thanks Five Eight for your suggestion.
