I would start by spelling "catalytic" correctly. Will do wonders for your credibility.

Aside from that the graphics are very cool looking but the colors are so desaturated I think it kills the visual impact. You're also taking up a lot of space to say very little... you have product photos or anything to fill in the wasteland below the text? If not, reorganize the ad to fill the space.
Not meaning to be negative - just my take looking back on a few years of experience making magazine ads for a company that had no product and relied on flashy visuals to get people interested.

lol the same here. There is no product shot yet. The bottem will be filled in a minute. as far a the "cat" spelling I have not even profed it yet. but cool thanx thats the feedback I needed
