Do everything you can to avoid having a black cat cross your path while steeping on a crack under a ladder while you break a mirror!
Remember, 4 leaf clover = good luck
3 leaf clover= a 3 leaf clover (so not so much)
A rabbits foot is luck for eveyone except the rabbit it came from
A horseshoe hung open end down lets all the luck run out of it
Leprechans now usually ask for signing bonuses and long term contracts and (contrary to poular belief) will not work for marshmallow surprises (although they still like them).
A penny is still a penny but it's only luck if you find it face up and it's even luckier if you find a finsky next to it
No, it's not actually luck if you throw a dollar on the ground and then act like you found it, sorry!
Hopefully this will help you get through the day!
So, have a nice day, unless you're a jerk.

You were indeed lucky on that day!

I have not considered Friday 13th unlucky for me since Friday August 13th, 2004 when Hurricane Charley was on a collision course with Tampa Bay and suddenly made a sharp right hand turn and missed us entirely.

I don't know if there was a full moon or it was the combination of Friday the 13th or what but my district was STUPID busy last night. Accidents, fires, shootings, assaults, family troubles, etc. etc. etc.
I don't wanna think our society is circling the crapper but if the people I have dealt with in my first six months on the street are any indication then we're, as a nation, totally and royally fucked!
