We just bought a house with a Chambers model A left in the kitchen---we do not plan on keeping it and would like to find it a good home---is Ebay the way to go or is there a better place to offer it for sale? thanks

You might have better success using craigslist.org for your local area. A models are not easy to sell because the parts are harder to find. If you don't have any success on Craigslist, you might try parting it out on Ebay, and recover some money that way. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion---I'm guessing on the fact it's an A but from what I can gather, that's the model. It has black handles and the built in Salt and Pepper shakers---it's in great working condition.
There are two ways to find out. 1. The tag under the front right burner should give a model number. 2. Do the handles lift up or turn sideways? A models have the handles that lift up. I'd love to seek pictures if you have any. I have a wonderful old A model that I call Mrs. Watts.

Hmmm... Tulsa's not far. Post a few pictures. I might be interested.
I'd be happy to send you a batch of pics I took today---or maybe I should just post them if I can figure out how...
There's a 'sticky' note at the top of the main page on this site that explains how to post pictures. It's not hard.
sorry it's taken me so long---if u'd like more pics feel free to email me at [email protected]http://img52...ilim327zg3.jpg
How much would you want for it and do you have any thermowell pots? I would be interested in it for parts...
That's a Model B you've got on your hands.
