Ok, for all my sins, until about a week ago I had only heard 1 track by this band but now I am enlightened and therefore credit where credit is due your gonna have to suffer my lil' review...fell free to switch off NOW!
'Dead Dreams From The Silver Gutter'...A CD that is very well produced, catchy as the common cold and a pleasure to spin up. It's brimming with nice cheeky elements, quirky 'Doors' keyboard and tinkling piano keys, thru to rib crackin' guitars and poundin drums.
I hear definate Robin Black sounds in here with particular ref. to Cheap Trash Honey and also a splash of early Bowie here and there which is always a pleasure!
Well I shall go on no longer as you are all now asleep, but just a fat thumbs up from the skinny english boy, awesome job and many congrats to the band and all involved it truly does sparkle!!!!!
