I noticed that the HHS collection is getting less and less space on display at AGP. This is also what happened to Angelina. I am not going to speculate but I am finishing up Elisabeth's collection soon.
Just thought you might be interested and don't want to cause a panic.

It seems like they are going to retire the HHS dolls also.

I don't think that they are going to retire them anytime soon. They just released some new things for them. I was just at AGPNY the other day and I really enjoyed seeing these dolls in person. If I had a little girl, I'd definetly purchase one or 2 of these dolls for her.

Thanks for the info. I personally LOVE these dolls and find their outfit ensembles to be absolutely adorable. The HSH dolls look much better in person than in the catalog. It would be sad to see the line leave like Angelina's.
I have a few more items to go before we complete a collection for Hallie. I was considering the field trip outfit and the teacher's kit. I was also looking at the trunk to hold the doll and clothes. Does anyone have reviews on any of these items?

we have the trunk and at first I was happy but after awhile of use the lid is tearing off of the rest of the trunk. The dress-up items in the trunk are very nice but the trunk isn't sturdy enough for my daughter to continually use it.

In Chicago, HHS has the room that used to be filled with Angelina. It is usually empty, no one browsing. Saturday when the AGT floor was packed once I saw a couple of girls looking at the HHS stuff but at the same time another family was walking right past the HHS room, the mom saying something like "you don't want to go see that Hopscotch stuff, do you?" I think if the moms liked the dolls they would encourage the daughters to get interested. HHS is a good bridge between BB and the 18" dolls. But I haven't found many moms or girls who like the HHS dolls.
