There's dozens to get through & I should really get my head around doing this.
If I can get this sorted, there's VHS & vinyl next! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
I convert all the time. It's a bit time consuming, but sometimes its worth it just to finally hear the stuff again.
Mentioned this before but I use Magix for this and its so easy. Tape into PC and it converts straight to MP3. Then you can improve the EQ, remove hiss, etc - great program.
Is it a "freebie" program?
I use Cool Edit. Not quite as easy as yours sounds though.
