The Curse of APU

No, this isn't a Simpsons thread... [img]wink.gif[/img]

I have had an APU from the Matrix 2 MIB since it came out, but never opened it... partially because I collect MIB as well as open, but also because of all the horror stories of the broken left arm (which I don't think were ever replaced to all those who complained, etc. - were they?)

Anyhoo... I saw the APUs at KB today, and they were only like $13... so I just HAD to get one, for nothing else but parts for customs (more on that at a later date [img]wink.gif[/img] )

So I open it up... sure as shit, the left arm was wobbling as I lifted the inner lining with the figure out of the box. I snipped all the ties free... and I am the proud owner of the cursed left arm APU! I could care less, as I said, the fucker's gonna be in a lot more pieces by day's end... but I find it disturbing how widespread this issue actually is!

I still havent touched mine since they came out and I opened it and put it on the shelf. I'm hoping the dust will hold it together.

Luckily I haven't had any problems with mine. But I don't touch it or even breathe on it.

Of course, now that I've said this, it'll spontaneously self destruct.

i moved mine the other day to dust and the mother fucking left arm fell off!! [img]mad.gif[/img] but i think it will be easy to fix

wait till the mid-section joint breaks ....i moved mine to dut and the top half broke off....
i just glued it and put it back up were no one can touch it
