Poll: Kami 4-1 and boost readings

To anyone using the new Kami 4-1 headers:

Did you notice a drop in pressure on your boost gauge?

If so, how much drop and what headers did you have before?

It's hard to tell, with the weather changing the way it does.

That sounds like there wasn't much difference! What headers did you have before?

I'm working on going back to 10psi (CRV pulley) and am worried that my RSR 4-2-1 headers will prove to be restrictive and raise pressure readings and temperatures.

I'll be getting a straight pipe after I get inspected in October. I'm hoping that my boost readings drop from their current 8-8.5psi to 6.5psi. If the pressure doesn't drop, I may need to replace the RSR's.

Holden, what is your boost reading now versus before you put in the kamikazi. I have the kamikazi headers on my GSR and the boost reading is quite low. It usually max out at 6 to 7psi with an 8psi pulley with gutted cat and type-r cat back exhaust. Haven't tried it with other headers.

I don't have a Kami header... yet...

Now, with RSR 4-2-1, stock cat, Greddy PE, AEM cai, 4" (6psi) pulley, I see 8-8.5 peak boost.

When I had the CRV pulley on, boost peaked over 12psi. I would like to see that come down to 10psi at least when I try again after upgrading injectors and whatnot.
