Has anyone had to "adjust" theri by-pass by using the the "allen head screw"?
For some time, ive noticed when i MANUALLY operate this mechanism, it has a HARD "sticking" place when you try to open it.....
Im sure its nothing major, jus curious as to others stories/experiences.
Anyway, i cranked on this set screw till i felt no "blockage", im sure its nothing major.

Thanks for the thread, described my situation pretty good.....
Well, i cranked on that allen set screw and finally went and drove it.....YEP! THAT WAS THE PROBLEM!!!
Transition for 0psi to 1psi is non-existent now.......nice and smooth......
Ive always wondered if that was SUPPOSED to be like that......o well.....2 clockwise turns and my problems are solved......plus its been like 70 degrees here now.....car pulls like a MUTHA!!! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif
