Many things say summer.
Baseball, going to the pool, picnics, suntans, Grillin out, lemonade, just having a good time and relaxing...
But around here, something else says summer just about as well as it can be said,
Peach Ice Cream
Yeah, I know it's a little silly to get this excited about the stuff, but it's just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOD!

Ice cream makes you fat.
No Reason, A LOT OF ICE CREAM CAN BE PART OF WHAT MAKES A PERSON FAT!
A scoop here and there along with proper diet and exercise is ok.
You gotta live a little.
Treat yourself every once in a while.

Actually, most ice cream is remarkably high in fat.
And grilled food tends to be high in carcinogens.
And most fruit juices (ie lemonade) are nothing but one, big sugar jolt that increases your bodily production of insulin, which encourages the storage of bodily fatty tissue.

I eat what I want, as much as I want and whenever I want and my weight stays a nice even 163 lbs. Daily bike rides and swimming several times a week helps. That and lots of spicy, hot foods. Keeps my metabolism running high. [img]cool.gif[/img]

Actually Reason, I do eat pretty healthy. Plenty of salads, lean meat, fruits and veggies. I even start every morning with a healthy bowl of cereal and either some juice or fruit.
I commend you on growing your own veggies.
But, I still dont think that there is anything wrong with treating yourself to a sc [img]cool.gif[/img] [img]tongue.gif[/img] P of ice cream every now and then.
Moderation is the key. Gotta have balance. Eating healthy is important, but life needs to be sweetened up a little every now and then. [img]wink.gif[/img]
