Another Sweet Wal-Mart Boxed Set Haul!!

Except this one made me, and another McFarlane collector there go "what the hell?!"

So im looking through Wal-Mart, mainly to pick up instant noodles, cause damn theys is good! But then I check around for some 1:18 scale OCC bikes, cause I still need a few, and cant find some of them theme ones as much any more, I grab a Jet Bike... broken, finally find the aisle with more, and dig through them for the only other one (mini-score!) so then I see the series 27 figures I saw last week (remember the other shitty haul thread? yeah.) And figure, well, dont they have Dragons, too?

Then I think of where they used to keep the Conan figs, basically at the back of the store, so I make my way there... I pass the "damaged/bargain" section or whatever, what catches my eye? The Berserker Dragon Boxed Set! So I grab it, go "...the fuck?" in front of a 5 year old, then go hunting for a price checker. Pass by the other guy digging through the Spawn figures, you can tell he was looking for dragons, I think he even drooled on some of the figures, and after basically selling myself to slavery, I grabbed that bitch for $24. Oh, plus the Clone Wars DVD and a free 90-page comic at Future Shop!

Could this story have been told in a shorter post, hell yes! But, Im cracked out on cold medicine, cause Im drained the hell out of energy, AGAIN. So, deal with the long post, foo'!

damn you, read it, I dont post boring long winded hauls, they're fascinating, I swea-okay screw it, they're not that good [img]tongue.gif[/img]

As for sort of an update, Im glad to have a good smell after the Al vs. Spawn set stank everything up, and this set is SWEET! I wished all the dragons were bigger, but hey, it's still great, and detailed as all hell!

And yes, instant noodles are great! I now have a wall of them in my kitchen!

the NTS on the dragons was great. hell, I still get a whiff of it every now and then from the water clan dragon that's on my PC monitor.

The only dragon that I really wish was bigger is Komodo clan. The others are a decent enough size, but he just seems a bit puny.
