It first appeared on Drudgereport... and that site is fairly reliable... I didn't believe it until it showed up on CNN and then I just saw a thing on TV.

To be fair, he did break Clinton/Lewinsky, but he was also just busted for saying that Kerry slept with a secretary ... which was later revealed to be a rumor perpetuated by one of the RNC organizers and Drudge himself.
