Elvis is considered "wholesome", even though he died bloated and drugged out on a toilet seat for some reason. Doubt the WalMart machine would get over selling a figure of someone "known for drugs" [img]rolleyes.gif[/img]

well, Elvis was also country and gospel not just rock like Jimi, so he's perfect for even the bible belt areas.
And who knows if some wacky family would complain about Jimi's burning guitar as "promoting arson", but that's really a doubtful stretch. However I've heard stranger things...
