i LOVE this game. Picked it up last night at EB along with a brand-spankin' new midget-station. it's maybe 2 inches taller than a game case and about 1 1/2 inches thick.
saw the guide for the game, it was at least twice as thick as the guide i got for Final Fantasy 10.
I ordered mine from Columbia House....Don't care if I don't get it today as I can't even figure out when to carve out playing time. Never even came close to finishing Vice City...maybe should finish that first...LOL.
The new GTA looks fantastic....you have to keep in shape in this game too, but it's more like taking care of a sim almost!
I got this yesterday too! Very fun game!
Ah, it has come such a long way from the first one... I still remeber playing that top-down game, running over lines of Hare-Krishnas (GORUNGA!!)... thinking, this game ROCKS!

I haven't even finished the first one... promissed myself I wouldn't get Vice until I was done... and now San is out... where the fuck do you guys find time to play the game?
I can barely squeeze in any Battlefront playtime...
Well, San Andres is actually GTA6 - There was GTA, GTA London, GTA2, GTA3, GTA: Vice City, then GTA: San Andreas.

IMO Vice City was not as cool as the "first GTA" In GTA1, I got butterflies in my stomach when I drove into the bad neighborhoods, it was all so real. Vice City was more glitz and not enough jumps....kinda dull and the on foot gameplay still stunk.
San Andreas promised much better on-foot control, is that true for those who played so far???
