Contrary to popular belief, I've changed much of my diet (wings are a luxury... surrounded by multiple salads days before and after.)
I'm already 10 pounds lighter than that pic... and am targeting 7-10 more. The gut is currently EVEN with my chest... and working on continuing the regression of said glacier like monstrosity. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
