From Smackie's numerous repeats so I thought we would stick it up here for awhile...
"If the url is not already hosted on your computer, right click on the image and hit "Save picture as." A menu of your directories will appear, and you will be asked to "save" it. So save it.
Go into your profile. To the left of the avatar window is some text, including a link for "Custom avatars." Click on it. A window will appear. Click on the "browse" button. A menu including the avatar you just loaded should appear. Click on your avatar and "open" it. The addy should appear in the window next to the "browse" button. Click "Upload." Go back to your profile, and click on the avatar window menu button. Click on "Custom" in the drop-down menu, then go to the bottom of the page and click "update profile." Your avatar should then be loaded."

I sent a message to Quick about the avatar size, and he said he would see about increasing it from 72 x 72 to 84 x 84, which is about 36% larger. Don't know when it's supposed to happen though.

I did it last night but since the increase "looked" about the same I brought it up to 96x96 this morning.
FYI - My developer will be working on the system this week fixing and adding a few things. Should be no down time at all but in the case the system comes off line and the off line message pops up I wanted to give you a heads up. Even then it should be very short.

I had to go back to Hostboard, post a message on another forum and up came my pic. I did what Smackie said and it worked fine.
