I was sitting here thinking about AG, a bit bored because I've really not got much to do when I started to wonder.
How many of us have gotten or are seriously considering a doll because of another member's pictures or reviews?
How many have gotten a doll because of THIS board in general?

I'm seriously considering getting GT25 because of several board member's pictures. Who did the most damage without knowing it?

See what you people have done to me? I had five dolls when I came to the boards. I now have 12 and my mom has six.

I was a closet Ag collector & never knew there were others like me until one day i found this place and can't get away from it, y'all suck me so bad, so I am feeling that it okay to have as many as I do, which I haven't admitted yet, but will say it is not as many as the one with 27. But I have only been here for a month or 2 and had already known which dollies I wanted this year, next year I know I am getting a new bitty (asian) b/c I am pretty sure they are getting new sleepers, I have the past ones, but don't know which new agot dollie I will get, Kaya is the only historical I will need to get, I get a new agot every year. So we will see if next year's choice will b/c of this place.

This board is very enabling, LOL. We got Marisol and #23 because of this board. I don't regret it, however.

I've always wanted to get #15 but because of YOU, Janine and also ladydi I want her NOW! Your siggy picture did it. I'm afraid they are going to retire her and I'm feeling nearly desperate. LOL!

I NEED to get #25 because of this board. Also I NEED Felicity. I never really cared much for Felicity until this board! LOL! I didn't ever get a doll yet because of hostboard!

I'm buying Molly and Emily because of the board. I'm also thinking of buying Kirsten, partially because of the member (I don't know their name) who writes the adventures of her Kirsten doll. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I like to think I'm fairly strong against the force, but ...
This board did influence me to get a new catalogue back in January, and that sold me on Jess, so I guess you guys indirectly made me buy Jess.
Also, I wasn't nuts about her before, but this board has REALLY made me want Addy.
Double also, there are several retired/retiring outfits sitting in my doll cabinet for dolls I don't even own -- should I get that doll "someday," then I'll be able to complete her collection. [img]tongue.gif[/img] There's no way I would have done that without you guys.

Thus far I've been pretty good about resisting the new doll pull (of course I haven't been here very long....) but I have been completely unable to resist the pull of new outfits. Someone has a picture of a doll I have in a really cute outfit I don't have and I'm placing an order ot scouring ebay immediately.
