well, tonight's gig kicked ass...

place was over capacity(again).

we tore the place up.
also made $300 more than we expected.
so I padi back the grocery money, bought a case of beer, and the band made the final 3 payments on Richter's new guitar.
so he owns it now.

next gig, money goes to my gear.
or so I'm told... [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img] [img]wink.gif[/img]


anyways, we left the crowd screaming(and I mean SCREAMING) for more. but with 5 bands on a bill, you can't really get away with encores, esp. since ours are usually 20 mins long. [img]wink.gif[/img]


all in all, The Manitoba MetalFest was a great time.
although the last band was like having rusty nails jammed up your weiner.

seriously though, this fella has sang for a succession of suck-ass death/grind bands, and every single one of them has sounded exactly the same, even though he's been the only constant the whole time.

the club we were playing holds MAYBE 600 people...
last door count I got was over 1000.
